"Quick Check-in and check out process. Was given room upgrade however, discovered shower (no warm water) and TV not in good order. This was rectified by the time I returned to room in the evening. Convenient location."

"Excellent location for solo traveller. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank you Alex, front desk, to arrange a room away from the elevator. The first night I stayed next to the elevator and I heard the elevator noise all the time. I came down next day and Alex helped me to address the issue. Thank you Alex. I will definitely stay in the same hotel when I come back."

"Hopewell Hotel is a 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, newer, has a fantastic buffet, large rooms, fluffy robes, and staff that goes out of their way to make your stay the best. I travel a lot and this was definitely one of my better stays. I recommend this hotel."

"We had a one night stay en route from Australia to England. The hotel is very clean and modern and our room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well set out. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our breakfast was great, with many choices at the buffet and the hotel shuttle bus was very convenient. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
