「We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay here rather than at a traditional hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and ready to accommodate our every need. The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely, and the beds were cozy. It was the perfect space for my teens and me. We hope to return to Quito, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we do. 」

「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」
