Balcony tub is nice but you will need to clean it first and the hot water will run out before filling but you don’t need it haha. Staff is really nice although only the Manager speaks English. Hotel Holistika
Holistica was wonderful. It is not near to walk downtown or the beach area. If you plan to stay there and not venture out it is a great experience. If you want to spend more time in Tulum, you will need to rent a scooter or car.
