Great efficient place. Clean, great conditions, lots of pools. Rooftop pool s terrific although the pools are very shallow here. Front desk staff were super wonderful and helpful. Loved the location with lots of nearby restaurants, bars and other amenities. Seemed very safe to me. Rented a scooter across the street. Pools on ground floor are long and narrow. Not private but it f you are social they are great.

The room was gorgeous in my opinion. The layout was great. Even though we didn't use the pools on the site, the pools were amazing aesthetically and just brought a sense of calmness immediately for our vacation. I was very disappointed in myself that I didn't use the hammocks pools or gym but we made extensive use of the room and the morning breakfast was amazing. This hasn't happened to me before, but please make sure that you have your phone working when you get into Tulum and you ask a taxi to take you to this place. My phone ran out of battery and I didn't quite have the address no one seemed to know where this place was whether that was part of the scam to get more money out of you the taxi ride turned into a joyride that felt like it was going to be a life or death situation late at night when we arrived. Other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel for its staff the food the ambience location and culture around it. I will try to be back

We had a good stay with some major caveats. First, this is more of an apartment complex than a hotel. It seems like the occupancy was low so they decided to rent units. So, the units that are for hotel guests are all on the first floor and lack privacy. Second, this isn’t a typical hotel stay as you can’t get extra linens, towels, or housekeeping without a cost. The free breakfast only operates sometimes, and the meal itself is subpar (pre-toasted bread and a piece of fruit). Pro is that it’s in a great location between the beach and downtown, so if you have a scooter it’s easy to get around. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t a terrible stay. Somewhere in the middle!

Smart Depas is a practical stay with a nice space (kitchen, fridge, microwave, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony) for those who will not spend much time in. Mostly for showering and sleeping as it doesn’t provide many amenities such as basic stay needs like shampoo, soap, lotion, extra sheets, etc. Jacuzzis are clogged, and broken, so we weren’t able to use it which was a big disappointment. Kitchen pans and pots were broken as well, unsafe to use. Rooftop is really nice with several rest areas and pools with accesible restrooms. Bed was comfortable. You can get around by bike or walking. Overall a safe, functional space. Staff is nice. There’s a coffee shop and a restaurant across the street with lots of choices and a pharmacy right next to the property.

Everything was great, room was clean, easy check in and out. Only downside is if you get any towels dirty (with marks that will easily come out in a wash) they charge you for it. Are they not washing towels in between uses anyway? Other than that was a lovely stay. The cook at the snack bar was excellent.

Hidden gem! It’s like a small community offering like 35 specious one bed apartments with an outdoor tub in each unit and an infinity pool and grills on the rooftop. Very calm and chill, perfect for long stay as well; you park outside of the property on the street if you don’t mind.

There was no hot water for the duration of my stay, my toilet flooded in my room, the air conditioning in my first room didn’t work. There were spiders & cobwebs everywhere which indicated a lack of cleaning of the room which resulted in my getting bitten by a venomous spider in multiple parts of my body whilst I stayed there and caused me an allergic reaction.

It was good, the only thing I did not like was that the guard charged us extra 500 pesos to guarantee a parking spot, as he said it was not included but the reservation showed it was.

Heel mooi, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Mooi dakterras met mooie zwembaden en leuke hoekjes. Ontbijt werd gerserveerd in de snackbar, ter plaatse vers bereid (iedere dag hetzelfde, gebakken ei met toast en vers fruit). Heerlijke, rustige plek om te verblijven!

Me encantó, este lugar. Las instalaciones impecables y el personal de servicio de maravilla. Se nos brindó una guía de lugares por conocer que fue muy apropiada para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Los desayunos de Raúl y sobretodo sus chilaquiles una delicia. 100% recomendado

Pas de petit déjeuner le premier jour car pas de cuisinier le dimanche (alors que nous avions payé et que personne nous as prévenu). Plus d’eau dans la chambre le deuxième jour et une réceptionniste qui donne l’impression d’être aidante mais absolument pas ! Elle a juste gardé très hypocritement le sourire et n’a absolument pas agis… Jacuzzi dans la chambre non fonctionnel et beaucoup de bruit en pleine nuit. Je ne recommande pas

Las instalaciones donde se encuentran los apartamentos son fantásticas con un montón de piscinas y áreas para tomar el sol e incluso hacer parrillas. Los apartamentos en si también son cómodos, pero faltarían algunos accesorios más en la cocina como sartenes por ejemplo, y añadiría limpieza en estancias cortas ya que nosotros estuvimos ocho días y no limpiaron,en el apartamento no hay útiles suficientes para limpiar y no merece la pena comprarlos por tanto poco tiempo. Especial mención merecen los desayunos de Raúl en el snack bar,preparados con cariño y atención,sin duda marcan la iferencia. También fue muy agradable la clase de yoga que tomamos con Maura el viernes,que ofrecían de manera gratuita. En cuanto a la zona aunque está un poco apartada hay restaurantes,cafés y supermercados a 5 minutos. Repetiría sin duda.
