A simple hotel that was clean and provided a basic place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No elevator so if you on the second floor with bags it’s a bit of effort though the staff does help you. Basic food is available on the street close by but nothing in the hotel itself. If you need a basic place to stay this property is fine and cost effective.

The Arco Iris is situated perfectly next to everything you might need in Tulum food, shopping, ADO Bus, taxis and Collectivos. I loved my hotel rooms efficiency kitchen and roof top pool and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Il est situé sur l'avenue principale donc à proximité de tout. Le personnel est très sympathique et la piscine sur le toit offre une magnifique vue sur la ville.
