「Un vrai repos, cest exceptionnel!」

「very novel, friendly, safe, inexpensive, while being right in the middle of the upscale neighborhood!!」

「Muy facil llegar, muy amables muy bien ubicado y todo muy bien.」

「Zielo Rentals was a home away from home. The availability and flexibility of the staff was great! Our room faced the street so it could be loud at times, but it all added to the experience. I would 100% be coming back in the near future. The proximity to the Zocalo and other key points of interest was a huge plus! There were plenty of shops around too. Overall a wonderful experience!!」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tuna! The property and rooms were beautiful and tranquil, immaculate, and perfect for our five days in Coyoacan. Everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes and there were plenty of great coffee shops and cute places to shop on our street. Aurelio was an absolute gem and helped us navigate anywhere we wanted to go as well. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site to start our days, too.」

「Great spot in a great location! The family was very friendly, flexible, and helpful. For those of you looking to stay in a hostel/B&B type place in a safe area supported by a local family, it is a 100% recommendable.」

「Charming boutique property, but disappointing hospitality. Staff on property were very pleasant but phone communication with the hotel’s point of contact was unnecessarily hostile, with the language barrier used as an excuse rather than an effort made to assist. Early check-in was confirmed via text, then denied upon arrival — unless I paid extra I was told. The room also lacked heating and basic tea/coffee amenities. Unfortunately, poor communication and service overshadowed an otherwise lovely...

「Great location in the city & the host was very accommodating 」

「The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The only thing is that (as is the problem with many properties in Mexico City due to sinking) the floor in our room is not level which took some getting used to but in the and was fine. Also the housekekeper kept moving things back when I moved them to make it more convenient for me - annoying but a small issue. We felt very safe, they have a 24hour doorman who lets you in and out, even offers you an umbrella if it looks like...
