Terrific hotel in convenient La condesa neighborhood. Staff were very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay, the location is great and the employees were very helpful. We really enjoyed that the breakfast is enjoyed together with the other guests, since it allows for socialising and sharing experiences. It's a beautiful place.

The best place to stay in CDMX

I debated whether to even do this review so that the word wouldn't get out about how amazing this property is. From the minute we walked in the door, we were in love. Within 24 hours we knew we would never stay anywhere else in CDMX. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is top notch, and the little touches of art and design put this hotel over the edge. We truly felt cared for and can not wait to come back. THANK YOU to the whole team for making our anniversary the best trip ever. Hasta pronto! xoxo

Great location for day trips north to the pyramids or south to Freda’s house. Beautiful amazing old restored house! Antiques around every corner! Alex was great and Lucy created wonderful breakfasts all 4 days. Fantastic place!!!!

We liked the friendly staff, especially Fernando, who gave us a great introduction to Mezcal. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfasts were great. We enjoyed the courtyard, artwork, furnishings and gardens. We also liked the Condesa neighbourhood.

Beautiful building with lots of interesting artwork. Courtyard is gorgeous. Daily breakfast was delicious with a different special everyday. Restaurants recommended to us were amazing. Location was very convenient, making many sites walkable. Bed was also very comfortable with luxurious toiletries.

My husband and I loved this house!!!! So stylish and comfortable and classy. Very well cared for. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that it is setback from a busy road so if you want a more quiet experience ask for a room in the back.

Casa Comtesse was so charming! The staff was amazing, the complimentary breakfast every morning was the perfect start to the day. I loved how we were able to dine with other guests at the hotel and hear about their recommendations and travels. The concierges were all so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a unique b&b type of experience in a beautiful part of town, this place is perfect.

Historic building. Very nice complete breakfast. Hot water and fans to cool the spacious room. Excellent, helpful staff. The room door locks and bathrooms could be updated. Good area to walk to restaurants. My favorite close by restaurant is Le Capitol, but there are many others.

Cass Comtesse gave us a warm welcome and plenty of useful local advice. The hotel is well situated, within easy walking of local cafes etc, and not too far from the metro/buses. Our room was huge, furnished with interesting period pieces, and comfortable, with wide windows onto the inner courtyard. Breakfast around the communal table is a highlight, swapping tips with fellow travellers and enjoying the special Mexican dish of the day. We hope to return.

Very nice and friendly small hotel. Great location. Beautiful house, perfect breakfast and nice personnel. Only complaint is the shower. You have cold or very hot water. No in between. But I would recommend and I would return even with it. Mexico City is fantastic.

Cute quirky bohemian artsy Band B. Wonderful staff excellent breakfast. But the bathroom in our room very much needs updating. Stained old tub with rust and peeling paint. And wet towels were never replaced.

Lovely stay

We were very comfortable, the breakfasts were very delicious, Juan made great drinks, and the people were very nice. One thing that may matter to others was that we were in a front room, which got great light, but was a little noisy as it's near the bus stop. You're not right up against the street, but cars and buses are loud so the sound carries. The hotel provides ear plugs, which we didn't have to use, but others may.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings, with great care taken to each element of the furniture, layout, decor. Artful combination of art nouveau/art deco and Mexican (mainly Oaxacan) artistic elements, as well as contemporary art. The happy hour was lovely, with a complementary mezcal tasting and multiple cozy and inviting areas to join friends in a nice cocktail or snack. Kitchen supplied with honor bar and refrigerator and full access made us really feel at home. Wonderful location in green and leafy, tranquil and lively Condesa was perfect. Although we were right across from a major bus stop, the hotel was astonishingly quiet; the only noise--and they were joyous ones--came from a nearby futsal court, which was also fun to watch. Alejandro and all the staff made our stay super special. Most highly recommend!
