Absolutely perfect stay in CDMX, Roi and every staff member was exceptionally kind, helpful, and thorough. The property is beautiful and in a perfect spot to walk places and also have easy access to go to larger tourist sites. Roi also helped us get a tour to the pyramids and our guide Francisco was so lovely and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to come back!

Casa Comtesse was so charming! The staff was amazing, the complimentary breakfast every morning was the perfect start to the day. I loved how we were able to dine with other guests at the hotel and hear about their recommendations and travels. The concierges were all so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a unique b&b type of experience in a beautiful part of town, this place is perfect.
