Checked in went to room holes in walls, no blanket just sheets, drapes broken, bathroom has duct tape on toilet paoer holder. No remote for tv spent about 2 hours waiting for them to figure out to program new remote i ended up doing it.

Awful hotel

there was no phone to the front desk, no cup for water, no waste basket, no wifi in the room, ugly bathroom with mold. Do not stay here. Had to stay 1 night and cancelled the rest.

motel in very poor condition. only a sheet for a cover, they did not have any washcloths, smoke detector gone from wall, one light bulb in room, advertised pool and it was a disgrace. came with written instructions on key card how to protect yourself in the room. Reaked of Marijuana in hall

Dont do it!! I found HUGE BEDBUGS crawling on my pillows trying to get into my things. I ran out and lost my credit card and they cant even give me my money back for days. They know they HAVE BED BUGS TOO!! RUN DOWN DELAPTATED BUILDING

I felt like I got catfished by Expedia. The photos they show you make it look like a cute boutique hotel. In reality it's a hell hole. I had to change rooms twice, because of non-working showers, non-working appliances, graffiti on the walls in the furniture, showers with no water pressure or no hot water. Never once did they mention the do-it-yourself made service where you have to put your towels and sheets outside the door in the morning, then they get delivered to your room in a plastic bag for you to make your bed and put the towels away. The rooms were in disarray, it was just overall an unpleasant experience and I cannot, I repeat cannot express how horrible this place was. Was. I would never go here again and I would tell everyone I know to stay as far away from this hotel as I possibly can. And this is the nicest thing I can say about it.

From a messed up reservation it didn’t get better

Did not have a room for us set aside despite two months reservations. Were sent to an occupied room twice. Staff checked a third room which was open. Room had a plywood covered window. Room was clean but not much furniture. Messed up reservation was inexcusable. The rest was a hotel that didn’t live up to its online reputation.

Made a reservation online & paid for it a few days before we showed up- then when we showed up & they said they were all booked. The front desk gave us a customer service number & told us to call for a refund. The front desk guy was nice, but it would have been nice to have some communication about the place being overbooked. Super frustrating.

Should be shut down.

Terrible. My first room, the window was wide open and there was at least 40 flies using it as a breeding ground. I got another room, which had cigarette burn holes in both the sheets and the curtains. There was no shower curtain and the bath tub was filthy. The air conditioner was blowing out even more cigarette-tainted air. Every single staircase was out of order being “repainted” and only one working elevator. This has to be some kind of fire hazard violation! Basically no fire escape in case of emergency.
