Scrivo questa recensione con quasi un anno di ritardo ma posso dire solo bene, camera piccola ma pulita e ben arredata con smart tv, piscina di fianco alla camera e mare dall'altra parte della strada, abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter direttamente con l'hotel a buon prezzo. L'unica "pecca" è che il personale non è tanto presente. Però tutto sommato consigliato.

Mysigt!

Stannade två nätter på Villa Akasa under en dykningsresa till Tulamben. Hotellet var litet och mysigt med fint rum och en härlig pool. Hotellet ligger lite avskilt mellan Tulamben och Amed, och man behöver scooter eller bil för att ta sig in till Tulamben. Det finns dock hotell i närheten där man kan äta middag etc. Vi var dock jättenöjda med Akasa, och kan rekommendera det!

Potential, bit isolated, needs maintenance.

Quite a quaint group of 3 buildings with 2 motel style rooms in each building, around a courtyard pool. The pool would have to be the best feature of the complex. The rooms are simple, but lack basics like a chair and bedside lamps. Subsequently the very bright LED ceiling light is on, or you are in darkness, because if you leave the curtains open for light during your stay, the entire contents and all your actions are visible to the courtyard, and other guests. Maintenance is a big issue, or at least the lack of it. In the rooms which we had, the front door didn’t close without a key; the doors are off centre, and subsequently rub and don’t close; the toilet seat is not firmly attached (one side only) the toilet bowl moves, the sink tap is very loose, the sink plug doesn’t seal, the shower doesn’t, it pours and the drains take forever, hence a pool in the bathroom after a shower. The worst is that 2 of the 6 rooms back onto the setting sun, and with no protection the wall heat up so much that they become a huge thermal mass and the air conditioner cannot keep up. In the evenings it is often cooler outside. This place needs maintenance and attention. It is unfortunate, because the staff were mostly helpful and attentive, but don’t have a lot to work with. And don’t rely on the wifi either.

Good price, clean and friendly staff

The place was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and furniture was well kept. It was very private and small so it was nice and intimate. The only two complaints I have is the shower didn’t drain properly the first night and we had to remove the top piece but because of that there was a smell that came from the drain that was awful. It wasn’t a crazy big deal since you could close the bathroom floor. Also, it’s a little far from both Amed and tulamben so I would highly recommend getting a motorcycle which they can help you with. Overall, good villa for a good price. The staff are super kind and always around to help.

Accueil tres chaleureux, personnel attentif et une chambre d une grande propreté. Je regrette juste que ca soit bruyant ( chien, coq, voiture, scooter )

Hôtel tout neuf qui vient juste d'ouvrir. Ce joli petit hôtel est propre et totalement fidèle aux photos mais loin du centre ville. Il vous faut absolument un scooter pour bouger. Dans la chambre il manque des lampes de chevet et le mini bar n est pas ravitaillé quand il est vide. Par contre impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner même en supplément et de faire laver son linge.
