「The staff was rude, They couldn’t find my booking reservation when.finally found it. I reserved 3 rooms and they only gave 2 keys and the third one was gave it to me close to 10 pm. Very disappointed」

「Room was clean and good sized. Towels good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected with a large variety of options including 2 sizes of make your own waffles. Interesting that the 2-floor hotel has 100 through 400 numbered rooms on all floors, but dedicates odd numbers rooms on the first floor and even ones on the second floor.」

「Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport.」

「Convenient to the airport. Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior.」

「The air conditioning unit was not working and the night was unbearable. They didn’t have another room available and when we checked out the desk clerk said that they were not supposed to rent that room because they knew the AC was not working. I paid for my room in full when I booked it 4 days earlier. No excuse for us being placed in that room」
