「Get the food dinner package. It was amazing!..rooms dated but clean. Lots of stairs from rooms to beach, I counted 135 stairs. Gorgeous property and views. There is a free shuttle to get you to your room to main Lobby if needed. Car rental in sight, a bit expensive, but worth it if you want to explore hidden beaches and areas. Staff are amazing!! Shout out to waitress Ilene and to Terry the host of ocean grill. The staff and food makes up for the property being a bit dated.」

「Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)」

「The room was always cleaned well. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The food was very good and well presented. The pools were kept up well. But most impressive was the staff. They were all friendly and very capable especially the servers at the Gold Lounge.」

「Our room included a mini fridge and microwave, which was convenient. I chose this property because Expedia indicated that breakfast was available for a fee; however, this was somewhat misleading. The “breakfast” option consists of the staff purchasing a simple selection on your behalf, and marking up the price for their time spent.
