Our entire stay with The Reefs Resort was amazing. Great room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and beach, the restaurant and menu was awesome, and the staff was excellent in every way.

The manager, Charemi (I hope I spelled that right 😊), was excellent, and the whole stay was very personable. The city tour with Mr. Harvey is a must. Everyone was super friendly.

Our trip with the Reefs exceeded our expectations. The location, food, staff and hospitality are second to none. Solaris was amazing. We also loved our Tea time and finger sandwiches at 4 each day. We celebrated New Years Eve and rang in the New Year with David Dodwell Sr. (The owner) and a New Years dip in the ocean - the hotel community also happened to save a sea turtle that washed up on shore- caught in netting at the same time. A great way to ring in a New Year. We will be back!

Had a fabulous girls weekend and really enjoyed our stay at this lovely family owned property! Staff, service and food were all wonderful. Only issue was we expected pool/ocean views from our rooms and that did not happen? Therefore, we were disappointed not to have the views our reservations were confirmed for, especially since it was off season and we were celebrating a special event. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again but would expect better room views as indicated on our booking.

This was our first visit to the reefs, but not to Bermuda. He fell in love with the reefs! The location, accommodation, staff, friendliness, food, and beach experience were all amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent staff. Meal options limited. Recommend breakfast options but dinner expensive and not great variety. Bermuda is expensive so that is taken for granted. Beach area nice and private. Taxi transportation expensive and walking to venues is out of question. Bus is option but did not try.
