「The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it...

「We had received check in information in advance. We had let them know we were arriving at 7pm. We arrived to our cottage to the heat not working. The cottage was 54 degrees. Finally found the space heater and turned it on. Alerted the front desk (through Expedia chat) to the fact the heat was not working. We’re told “oh yes, we know” that is why there is a space heater. It took quite a long time to get the bed area warm. Twice during the night woke up cold and had to turn the space...

「This Inn is in a great location! It's on a quiet street, but close to North Conway, the White Mountains and Bridgton, ME. The building was beautiful and immaculately decorated and very clean. The only reason for 4 starts instead of five stars were that the dynamics with some other guests were difficult. There was a lot of noise in the hallways, including yelling and arguing, until late at night and I feel a stronger staff presence might have mitigated that.」
