The staff were all exceptionally polite and welcoming- a real family feeling staying here even though it was a hotel. The manager introduced himself and made us feel valued and welcome as did all staff. Special shout out to reception team and Aditia whose eggs and waffles at breakfast, as well as welcoming, professional attitude was an asset to the hotel. Also, thanks to De whose taxi services we used to Ubud and our transfer. If we return to Bali we will return to this gem in Seminyak and the suites they offer. Bliss. "
