Independent Tsugaru Peninsula hotels

"This is a wonderful hotel about fifteen minutes walk away from Aomori Station, with many restaurants especially izakaya near by. The hotel feels new, the staff are friendly and check in/out is a breeze. We booked the standard room with a king bed that although a tad small is very comfortable and well equipped. Dormy Inn has many nice touches such as complimentary apple juice and coffee throughout the day, free bowl of ramen from 9.30pm to 11.30pm, and free use of washing machines (pay only for the use of dryer). The public bath is another delight. Overall highly recommended for a short stay in Aomori. "

"Nice clean hotel in a really good spot, in the middle of the shopping area and a 5 min walk to the train station. Great hotel to use as a base for exploring around Aomori prefecture. Parking was a bit confusing at first but got our heads around it. It's 700 yen a day and the car parks aren't connected to the hotel so some of them have time restrictions. Overall an easy comfortable stay :)"
