This hotel was very clean and looked very new. The room was really big by Japanese standards and the layout was great! Breakfast was a good value as well. Check in/out was easy. I'd recommend this hotel instead of some other ones that are closer to the train station because those looked rather dated by comparison. This property was a 20 min walk from the station or a 7 min taxi ride. There's plenty of restaurants around the hotel. It will likely be my go to when I'm in Tsuchiura again.

土浦のホテルの中で、1番大きなベッドを親族の為にとりました。ダブルの部屋ですが、ベッドはクイーンサイズとのことで予約をしました。本人たちは利用しなかったようですが、大浴場もあり長旅後の利用でも良さそうです。部屋も思ったよりは広かったです。

蚊がたくさんいて、非常に不快でした。 今回5連泊してエコ清掃を選びましたが、通常清掃をしてもらった日から蚊が大量に発生しました。2階だったこともあり、窓を開けっぱなしで清掃されたので、蚊が入ってきたのだと思います。フロントに相談したら、殺虫剤を貸すか、従業員が駆除するか、部屋を替えるか、と言われたので、夜遅かったこともあり、殺虫剤を借りました。本当に嘘ではなく、5匹以上は殺しました。(それ以上は数えていません) 夜も熟睡できず、最悪でした、、、 その次の日もまだいて、本当に嫌でした、、、 蚊が入らないように対策お願いします。

部屋の間取りが良い。ドアを開けて入り口が広くて使いやすい。テレビを窓側にして、手前にテーブルとソファを設置しているのも無駄がない。１階の人工温泉があるので、ゆっくりお湯に浸かることが出来たので最高でした。朝食も１階のラウンジが広く、ゆったりと食事出来ました。次回も使用したいです。

フロントの対応がとても親切かつ丁寧で好感が持てました。マラソン参加のため宿泊しましたが、朝食時間を通常より早めてくれたり、チェックアウト後マラソンのあとに大浴場を利用できたりサービスがとても良かったです。朝食は全員についてるようで簡単なものかと思っていたら、しっかり和食洋食とメニューも豊富で驚きました。おすすめです。また利用させていただきます。
