"The room is clean and the housekeepers are really nice and professional. Front desk employees are not everyone so nice and helpful. The bell staff who helped us to get to the Uber is very helpful and professional. Overall rating is good. "

"The hotel is very old and dated, not sure if it was only our room but a lot of things didn’t work well. The cold tap in the bath didn’t turn, the hot water wasn’t v hot, wardrobe didn’t open etc. the air conditioning luckily worked well. There are good things about the Kimberley hotel, very convenient and close to shops and mtr. The hotel is well priced and I guess would’ve been more expensive if it was renovated. The rooms are bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed in Hong Kong. "

"Staff explained well that bottled waters are not provided anymore here and they have a in-room water filter gadget that’s quite easy to use. We got use to using it in no time. Great location. View is good even with the partial harbour view."

"I usually stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong purely for its unbeatable location—very central and right next to the MTR, restaurants, shopping, and currency exchanges. That convenience does mean it’s often overpriced. While the hotel is always clean and the staff is great; the rooms, tiny bathrooms, and amenities could really use an upgrade. Nothing fundamentally wrong with the place—but it should do better given what it charges."

"I didnt go for breakfast here but im so thankful for all employees here that make me feel safe, guarded, and they always smile and helpful. Rooms i stayed also very much clean and comfortable, it feels like home"
