When I checked in however I asked the person at the front desk to make sure the room had a soaking tub. She replied that all the rooms were shower only. No tubs. Best Western Gallup West
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Areas of improvement is cleanliness. Bathroom tile floor was very dirty, had hair from previous guest on the floor and the tub.
