「This may be the perfect stay for someone else, but we found it very challenging with many limiting factors. We traveled in October and didn't realize how remote it was without many amenities available to us. We thought it would be a fun place to stay over after taking the Bernina Train from Tirano, Italy. I would suggest you stay in Chur if that is what you are doing. It may be a better fit for skiiers or hikers who want to start off close to the slopes. First, we arrived in Chur and the website...

「The bed design is bad. You can easily get injured. Other things are excellent.」

「Great location! Clean room. Nice and warm.」

「Staff is very helpful. But the amenities are very limited」

「Accessible to ski school, lifts, and gear rental store etc via hotel shuttle bus; all in walking distance even when there is no bus. Hotel sauna facilities help relieve tiredness from ski. Very friendly hotel staff.」

Gerne wieder!」

「Tutto ottimo. Perfetto」

「Amazing location, service and stay! They even helped accommodate an upgrade room because we had to cut our regular room nights short by 1 night!」

「Hotel spa very nice! Service good Ski slopes is bad」
