"Great location and amazing staff! My room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. However, the property needs maintenance. The pool was overfilled chlorine, the entrance door was rusted, and the jacuzzi was broken and poorly taped off. Also, my balcony was covered in spiders and cobwebs. The staff's polite and welcoming attitude made the stay pleasant, but the facilities definitely need some upkeep."

"This is a beautiful property, but it's not very clean in general. For example, the shelves under the bathroom sink were dusty. I would have replaced the bed pillows a year or mire ago. Breakfast is edible, but not wow. The service doesn't live up to the nice design the original owners put into it. We have been staying there for years, but maybe not next time."

"We booked this property because it was affordable and the room exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, clean, beds well made and comfortable, shower and bathroom very clean! The hallways were not the most attractive but don’t let that spoil the beautiful indoor pool and tables area and the spacious nice clean rooms, we enjoyed our stay and the price is right! Also, the gentleman that checked us in, “Nicky” explained how to easily get to our room (it’s a huge hotel) and gave me directions and hours for food and coffee, he was right on and very pleasant even though it was late. Thanks, Nicky!"
