"I didn't see a hot tub. The bathroom had mold around the tub. The outside door lock didn't work to go from the inside to the outside. The breakfast was not up to par."

"You get what you pay for here, the room was a bit run down with damage on the walls and ceilings, stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "
