"Got off to a rough start. Front desk was occupied by a sign with a phone # to call. Waited too long for the attendant to arrive. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Room was in a state of disrepair. Room was right next to major remodeling. Trevan came on shift Tuesday morning. He promised to have a new room by the time i returned. He was true to his word. And all week long i witnessed him worked constantly to ensure things were running smoothly. "

"Pool was not available to use. We were not notified ahead of time and paid for an amenity we couldn’t use."

"Hotel is dated. Price is good though. Quick check in. Lobby and halls smell like chlorine from the indoor pool. Hotel and Rooms could use update. Room was clean. "

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was dirty behind TV desk, our fridge didn’t work and leaked water onto the floor. They did replace it. The beds were nice n comfortable. Pool area was not to bad. This is why I rated lower due to cleanliness issue and fridge issue! "

"We did not stay after seeing condition of the room, pubic hair left on the toilet seat, floor not clean and mopped , furniture run down and staff not willing to accommodate. In fact she was smoking weed outside in a car and not behind the desk. Very dissatisfied. "

"The hotel is high price for the quality of the stay. The hotel is run down. The outside door wouldn’t work after having to park around back and had to go all the way around the hotel."
