「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. While I understood the price was budget-friendly, the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was poorly maintained with torn curtains and an incredibly dirty AC unit. Furthermore, the amenities advertised, like the pool, do not match the current state of the property. 「I love the area, the people I saw were nice, the building is a bit run down but still functional. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from outside and other rooms. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. I would stay again. 」

「It was fine! Easy check in. Appreciate the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Absolutely fine for a place to spend the night.」

「The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, the property is clean and the grounds are well kept. There are a few things that need attention, but nothing a good handyman can’t fix. I prefer this hotel b. The wi-if is free, the staff are so nice, and the hotel is very quiet. It is located at the perfect end of town, across the street from the best restaurant in Garberville, the greatest thrift store, and the only real grocery store in town.」

「The landscape is being worked on and some trip hazards exits. The room was clean but the shower & bath was questionable. Someone's shampoo bottle was left in the shower which indicated it had not been totally cleaned. There is no in room coffee maker so you must go to the Continental breakfast for coffee and/or cereal.」
