「Reported on a couple occasions that need for the drain in the tub to be cleared never was. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not clean the tub or sink during our day.」

「Halls smelled really bad of dog. Laundry machines were not available. The hot tub was broken. The heated pool was not working. We mentioned the smell to the hotel staff 4-5 times, but they never did anything about it. They were renovating the downstairs and the main rooms. So it was a mess everywhere.」

「The young man at the desk was VERY helpful! He gave directions to beaches, ferry, and places to eat. Parking was tricky but once on the right floor for rooms, the set up is great. If you have large auto or pulling anything, Id call ahead for information.」

「Good service and the bed is comfortable.」

「Very good place quite and beautiful 」
