Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The non-smoking apartment smelled terribly of cigarettes, the shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom after one minute of use, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, and the construction noise was deafening. Not sure why we paid so much for this place.

il check-in era consentito dalle ore 15; alle 15:10 non avevo ancora ricevuto nessuna informazione per il check-in; ed ho atteso circa mezz'ora fuori. L'sms con le info del check-in mi è arrivato alle ore 15:26. Prenotavo la stanza per quattro persone (due adulti e due ragazze) e prevedeva: letto matrimoniale e divano letto. Il divano letto non era preparato; ho dovuto chiamare un numero trovato sul web e sapere è così ho compreso che le lenzuola erano nel divano chiuso e che dovevo prepararmelo; cosa che ho fatto. Poi un referente mi ha contattato via WhatsApp. La TV poi alla sera ho scoperto che non era sintonizzata e nulla si vedeva nulla, non prendeva canali; il caffè disponibile era di quello in polvere / macinato nella sua confezione originale mal chiusa e quindi aveva preso area; c'era una moka per il caffè. Piccolo bollitore presente (non utilizzato). Frigo e clima funzionati; bagno piccolo con un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 persone. Peccato la TV che non andava per via dei canali che non prendeva; il divano letto sfondato; il doversi fare il divano letto (problema minore); un solo rotolo di carta igienica; caffè senza che venga tenuto in un contenitore ermetico; rumori di calpestio fino a tarda notte dal piano soprastante e quindi per niente isolato per i rumori (buttato un urlo ma nulla, camminava con le scarpe / tacchi).
