"This is incinvely a nd stressfully laid out with NO CLEAR DIRECTIONS on how to use the hotel, rental car return and airport if you are HANDICAPPED or have LIMITED MOBILITY. Very, very stressful. This needs to be addressed."
"Didn’t realize this is more like an apartment. After hours too have to call someone to come to the front desk. Used the laundry serivxe and someone had both dryers with clothes that had been there for awhile and emptied out. "
