"Short trip to Memphis for a few nights after visiting family in another area of Tennessee. Chose this Hilton because of its location to Beale St. and the price was pretty reasonable. Location was A+. Short walk to Beale St. and surrounding area was pretty clean. Felt safe as we walked around during the day and early evenings. The room- bed was okay. Sheets and all were clean (Im OCD and check those things and for bugs immediately). Carpet- okay but worn, bathroom was sufficient but cant say the shower was super clean. Seemed old, some mold or soap scum left, shower door was annoying. Trim on the sliding bathroom door was coming off. Had a mini frig and microwave which was helpful. Our view was not good… we stared at the AC units and had workers out there which startled me. We weren't there much so I didn't ask to change. Staff were very kind and helpful. Always had a smile and said good morning or welcome back at the front desk or housekeeping staff. They refresh your room every other day but we never saw anyone nor did they refresh our room but all you needed to do was call the front desk if you needed. They have their own parking lot which was nice as we had a rental car. It did cost $32 a day plus tax but it was around the going rate for the area so parking in another garage close by probably wouldn't have saved us money. Overall, we would stay there again. Some of the rooms just need some attention but didn't ruin our stay at all. Good stay for the money."

"Arrive Memphis is a cute boutique hotel within a 15 minute walk of Beal Street. The lobby has antique furniture to go along with the unique design of the hotel. It also has a nice cafe and bar for your food and beverage needs throughout the day. We didn’t have any of the food items, but they looked delicious. We believe the hotel is a converted warehouse because some of the floors are still concrete and some walls have the original brick exposed. It just added to the charm of the hotel. Our room was also great with a spacious bathroom and shower area. The towels were very plush and they also provided robes. The bed, bedding and pillows were our favorite. So comfy and cozy! If you want something different than a chain hotel, this is the ticket!"
