「The perfect lake Como experience」

「The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「This is a spectacular hotel owned by two sisters with family members working there as well. The owners are there and constantly cleaning. They offer a nice breakfast every morning over looking beautiful Lake Como. Be prepared to walk down which is not bad, about 15-20 minutes through the beautiful village. It is the up hill if you have difficulties or just take breaks. Also, there is parking if you rent a car. If you walk, you end up at a great place called Bar Roma where you can rest, eat...

「I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place, but then the team work so hard, they deserve to be busy! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. From the moment we stepped into reception, we were treated like VIPs, the staff are without exception, incredible. Warm, friendly, professional- every part of the experience feels five star. 「The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average.
