「Excellent room, service and food. The best.」

「Very charming property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and we had a marvelous stay. Bear in mind this is a historic property and accordingly has some quirks. Those looking for modernity and perfect fixtures may not appreciate those quirks.」

「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. Very odd for a family managed property. Trully. Even when I leave my usual 4 Stars hotel in front of Trafalgar Square ("Page8") they come to the door and give us a proper and kind farewell. Very unusual such little care of a...

「great location and convenient. Wonderful view of the city from the loft.」

「Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were...
