「The staff was very helpful with fixing my room issue when I discovered my assigned room didn't match what I booked. I was reassigned to a accessible bedroom which was an upgrade (bedroom vs studio), but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bathroom wasn't clean at all - there was still dried toothpaste on the sink faucet and handle, the bathroom counter and toliet didn't appear to be wiped down and the side table next to the bed had something spilled on it that had dried and...

「It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. Granted, we got there very late at night and the reception person was kind.」

「This hotel is a good deal if youre just looking for a place to rest your head for the night. It was decently clean, but there were spots in our bathroom where the ceiling was cracked or peeling, the acrylic in the bathtub was peeling, the room was decently clean aside from that. The beds were actually decently comfortable, however there were barely any TV channels or anything to watch during our stay while in our room. Other than those few issues, it was a decent stay.」
