"So, we've stayed at Toby's several times, and they have an efficient check-in process where you get a small clear bag with your AC remote, TV remote, room keys, and Wifi password (and then you pack it all back in the bag when you leave your room to check-out). I like knowing the batteries are working, and I can control the AC upon arrival!"

"The food was great with a lot of variety. I love that there were multiple restaurants to choose from. The staff very courteous and helpful. My room was clean and cleaners came by daily especially once I upgraded to a higher tier membership with the hotel. I loved all the activities available on the resort. They have snorkeling, sailing and scuba diving right on resort so you don’t have to go out for that. Upgrading your room packing gives more perks and access to special areas…I would recommend doing that if you want to access the cabanas and privileged areas daily. My only negative is that the bathroom/room should have additional hooks in the shower to hang bathing suits. There was no she’s to hang my wet swimsuit other than in front of the sink which is not a good idea for keeping the floor dry. I also recommend that front desk should inform guests about restaurant dress codes while checking in. I wasn’t aware you could wear tank tops at a restaurant and I was turned away from one of the restaurants on my first day. It’s an embarrassing lesson to learn in front of others, especially when you’re hungry."

"Restaurant choice is few .even try to resavation i could not. .all full . Pool staff is awesome. Event ,show is Great . Food quality ..5/3 Jamaican food is great but other country food.. Need little bet more work . Bed is comfortable."

"The internet and the gym where the only problems but they did find a workaround for the internet all they need to do is buy more routers to fix the internet problem. The gym both treadmills aren't working and little stuffy,since in Jamaica walked on the beach. Food was good and staff was great this little hotel shows great promise I hope they keep making improvements"

"Positives - Clean and quiet room couldn't hear anyone and they could not hear me Food was good Phelesha Collins an excellent server and there is a lady on the AM shift that works the breakfast area, I did not get her name....we will call her fat legs with the mole on her face. Also genuine and quite nice. Thank you both. Internet was excellent I was able to work, and be a hermit in my room; TV great and phone worked in the room Ocean view was top notch, I want the same room when I come back. Negatives Called their call center and they told me no rooms were available for the dates I selected 3/23-27 yet I was able to book the same dates on a separate media - do you guys not like Jamaicans coming to your hotel I wonder? Staff were lukewarm generally, a few genuinely nice servers - shout out to Phelesha Collins the young lady that was humble and genuine with her service at Mandalay restaurant. Please congratulate her for being consistent, friendly and professional. She ensured I was taken care of. I watched her with other guests and saw that it was not different between foreigner or local. A very pleasant young lady. I am concerned on whether you are treating your staff well. Phelesa a generous tip has been provided for you. Thank you for your service. Please have tokens for the 🎱 table Why are you using artificial sand, please take care of the beachfront entrusted to you by the people of Jamaica. Will I return, yes."
