"This hotel is pretty disappointing. The bathroom towels are grayish. Rooms are cleaned only every other day (but they’ll do daily if you ask). Right when you enter you can already see dust, and the view is a building crane plus a playground. Really surprised!"

"Situated very close public transportation, the hotel was accessible and convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Indeed, service was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Appreciate the housekeeping. The vending machine at the 17th floor was a bonus."

"Love the Rido! The location is superb and extremely close to Daan Park MRT. Make sure you ger a room overlooking the park as the view is gorgeous. Only slight negative is breakfast. Not nearly enough variety though downstairs dining room has been nicely modernized Too bad really as everything else about our stay was 10/10. So much so that we're going back next week!"

"Beautiful large room. Excellent staff in the Horizon Lounge. Great service in Li Bai and the lobby lounge. The international buffet at the Cafe was a bit of a bun fight with the locals, although the food itself was good. "

"The staff and service are great! The location is amazing. Right outside of dongmen station exit 8 which has an elevator for your luggage. Right across from yongkang st and a few stops from major attractions. The hotel is just down the alley behind the post office with the lobby on floor L. The single bed room is a decent size for solo travelers, the shower has good water pressure, and the toilet has a bidet. The hotel has a coin operated washer and dryer with free detergent. The downside is the hotel elevator can be a little slow since there’s only 1 and many floors. If you can, I recommend taking the stairs. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it does the job. The room is a bit dusty but overall pretty clean. I would stay here again. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
