"The stay at Vintage House was a highlight of our holiday. The staff were absolutely lovely and the meal at Rabelo Restaurant was world class. All the while soaking up the glorious Douro Valley views from our verandah. A perfect stay. "

"It was a great place to stay. Up on the side of a hill looking down on the Douro river. Beautiful room and spacious bathroom. We had a balcony with our room. The hosts were great and knowledgeable of things to do. Great breakfast in the morning. Even had a decanter of port wine for tasting. Definitely would stay again."

Staff we talked to were very helpful. Breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice - squeezed by myself!"

"Very good deal, breakfirst included. The hotel is walkable from Regua. There is another one bed, ideal for family with one kid. Room id very clean insideout, the staff is friendly. Only thing to mention, check in is strict, but there is locker for luggage storage. I am very happy with everything."

The food was superb and a true farm to table experience. The property has a lovely orchard and vineyard, a great kids play space and charming relaxation spots. Will be back! "
