「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. 「We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. The small town is a great place to explore and go to the other busier parts of Lake guard of. We love love love this hotel. 」

「The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. 」
