「The design and decoration is very stylish. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was generous, and the transportation is reasonably convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. 」

「Staff at The Dixon are extremely kind and accommodating! I was very tired from a long travel day and they got me into a room very early in the day which I greatly appreciated. I decided to stay an extra day and the reception staff was super helpful and let me keep the same room :) Second time staying here and I will absolutely return for a 3rd 」

The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」
