"Room was supposedly a premium room but was small with minimal views of surrounding rooftops. Breakfast was decent but not outstanding. Bar was limited "

"We drove the whole day from Amsterdam to get to this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed with no staff available to help us. We had to drive back and look for another hotel late at night. This is the first time I have ever seen a hotel completely closed without any staff at all. On top of that, I asked for a refund because we received no service, but they refused to refund my money. Very disappointing experience."

"Excellent location for shopping and restaurants and very comfy bed all at a reasonable price. Wifi good. Note however that room air conditioner not working while outside air is "fresh" according to staff, but room was a bit warm so we had to open windows. The only problem with that is the noise all night from the street. Which probably explains why the hotel provides ear plugs next to the bed."

"Great location in Bern near to the train station and right in the centre of Bern's Old Town. The staff were helpful especially Charles who helped with restaurant bookings and other queries. The rooms were nice and cleaned to a a very good standard. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel with a perfect location. Enjoyed an afternoon drink in the rooftop bar. Coffee machine and water supplied in the room. Lovely comfortable room. Very clean and well maintained. Air con which is lovely and quiet. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again."

"It's just that my bedroom was on the side of a busy street . Very loud so I kept the window closed . When I opened the window, cigarette odor came into my bedroom . With the price i paid, I should not wake up constantly."
