"This is the only hotel we stay at when we go to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The property is well maintained and is surrounded by plenty of dining options. This is a great place to stay if you’re coming in town to do any of the Irving runs."

"I found a couple of roaches in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some staff members showed little interest in helping guests, as they seemed more focused on socializing with maintenance staff. There was not always coffee available, and when there was, essential items like creamer and other supplies were missing. The trash cans in the hallways and laundry room were often full, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. When I reported issues, the staff would say they would check on them, but nothing ever changed. On one occasion, they were unable to provide a complete set of towels and said they would bring the rest to my room, but they never did. I had to go back the next morning to request them again. Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay and will not stay here again "
