Good Location.

Good location near the toyama train station. Hotel has a hot onsen so it's good for those who wanna try out this public onsen. Room is small but space just nice for 2 large luggage. Everything looks new in the room Will recommend

Nice place for a weekend get away

We stayed for 2 nights. It's a great spot near the train station. The beds were comfy and rooms felt very private. Loved the spa amenities and breakfast. While they do not service the rooms every day, they left is a goodie bag of fresh towels and toiletries which we very much appreciated. The only down side was that there was some mold in the shower and near the vent.

Good place to stay, the floor where I was even if was suppose no smoking was smelling of cigarets probably in the past was a smoking area. Surprise me the condition of the hotel, normally APA chain are spotless clean and well maintained, this hotel looks a bit under-standard.

Decently located to train station. They have tattoo covers for those wanting to use the onsen, which is nice. TV has chrome cast option so you can watch things from your phone on the big screen which is great. Your room card allows you access to the gender separated onsen which is great, no need to extra passcodes. The onsen itself is wonderful. 3 pools: indoor, outdoor, and a cold one. Otherwise, bed and room is typical.

A mandarin speaking front desk staff, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in the spa room, at 9am sharp, a male working staff came in as they closed at 9am. But can he give a warning or should a female worker to work there will be more appropriated. That was an awkward situation.

Location: 8-9 mins from the station so an easy walk. Staff: they were friendly and helpful. Hotel: clean, and has everything you need for a nice stay. It has an artificial onsen (spa) separate for men and women. Note coin laundries are located within the spa change area. Con: no signage at all for the coin laundry which others staying also struggled to find. Information is available via the room tv but you’ve really got to go through it to find that location info. Room: typical style for this chain hotel. Clean, fresh, with bathroom and shower unit. These rooms are the typical size which is fine.bed was comfortable. Water pressure is low but maybe a water saving thing which is fine, wasn’t a big deal. Room temperature is controlled centrally within the hotel, limited room control on it meaning you can’t change temperature, open a window if you need. We all feel temperature different so it was fine but I do prefer the option of how I like the temperature Food etc was all about 5 mins away. Plenty around the train station for people to enjoy. Toyama is really pretty. It’s surrounded by high mountains that were covered in snow and just looked so beautiful. I hope to get back and explore Toyama more in the future.

Worst APA Hotel!

This was the worst APA hotel I have been. The toilet was full of sewage smell, I requested to change to another room. The second room is a little bit better, but still having bad sewage gas and pungent smell. You can fell a lot of of smoking smell everywhere because of poor ventilation. The mattress is very old, the spring is ot function anymore!
