" Shuttle bus to/from airport not complimentary unlike some hotels. Check-in staff friendly. Room clean, bathroom a little dark. TV wouldn't work so summoned a member of staff who arrived quickly. TV wasn't plugged in behind screen. Bed large and comfortable. Food in restaurant good but pricey - they know you have nowhere else to go. "

"To be very honest. Stay there’re a bit, purely because it easy when your travelling and will continue too. However! The place is really in need of a good tidy up and an update. Self Check-in is more of a hassle for the staff than the normal check in. It was ( and for the 4 couples behind us) a cluster F. The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them. St Mary’s pub was less confrontational. Needs some work Rydges, or change the name. It a brand damaging situation. The staff deserve a medal. The management? A new career move. "

"Staff were extremely friendly. The sect being used throughout the hotel was beautiful. Close to stay for Shark Park and shopping centre close by. Great stay!"

"Parking area is uneven and hazardous for older people. There was no air extraction in the bathroom, which has caused a black mould problem on the tiles and walls. There was flaking paint on the ceiling."

"The motel is very tired…. Couldn’t open the curtains at all, no hot water our second day there, outside our doorway a bad hole in the driveway…. But the bed was good, nice clean white sheets, nice towels (but nowhere to hang them)…. Very below average accommodation!"
