「Plenty of parking. Great proximity to the free trolley. There is no table and chairs to sit inside. There were cobwebs in the high ceilings. Overall it was well worth the great rate. 」

「This hotel was great. Remodeled and very clean. Next to the trolley route. No pet fees. Aldeen at the desk is wonderful as is the night man although I didn't get his name. The only problem that I see is with the guests that don't appreciate that they have a nice clean room and are allowed their pets with no fee but refuse to clean up after their dogs. This is not the hotel's fault at all. They do their best to keep the dedicated area mowed and clean. They provide a garbage can and bags. ...

「Balcony overlooking creek was lovely and relaxing. Room was quite spacious. Great location, relatively quiet area. Great restaurants right across the street. This is an older property, but obviously well loved and maintained. .」

「Staff and cleaning was excellent. Televisions have some serious issues but room was comfortable and clean. Had a great experience.」

「My experience was average. The place had a smell that I didn’t find pleasant, and the walls showed several imperfections that could be improved. I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again.」

「I am not sure the sheets had been changed. There was mascara on two of the pillow cases. The toilet had toilet paper in it that had not been flushed. I always bring sheets with me or I would have left the hotel. Would not recommend.」

「Very dirty. Needs to have walls washed. All the linen was badly stained. Had to wash out fridge and microwave. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Screens on windows were ripped or missing. No locks on windows. Tub was dirty. Basically had to clean room and purchase a bath mat to use the shower. Brought our own towels and bedding. Would have left but was unable to find something else.」

「Do not take your personal property into the rooms! I left all of our items in my car. If there had been any other options for the night I needed I would have canceled my reservation. As soon as my son and I entered the room I immediately killed the cockroach in the bathroom. The bedding was clean but the ick factor was at an all time high. If I could have made the drive back home and not made it home at 6am I would have. Absolutely disgusting. 」
