「Only complaint were the beds were not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect!」

「Okay」

「I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

「The property was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, parking was not an issue. However the property does need some maintenance and TLC. The room was fine, clean and comfortable.」

「If you are looking for a place just to sleep with wonderful sounds of the water in front of the balcony, this is a great place. Unfortunately the floor was so dirty that it carries dirt to the bed, but overall it is a good place for vacation nights.」

「We have stayed here twice a year for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are always clean daily. Would definitely recommend this place. Lots of times you will see a bear walking through the parking lot.」

「Clean pet friendly. stayed here couple times a year. for the past few year's. always been pleased」

「The hotel room was infested with roaches.」

「There is nothing to like about this place. I booked a four night stay 10-23-26 through 10-27-26. The room we got #150 had black mold in the bathroom and a few other areas. Management was unable to relocate us due to the property being full. We stayed one night and left. Management assured us that the credit for the other three nights would not be contested. After numerous attempts by myself and Expedia the property management fails to acknowledge all calls and e-mails. (Pretty sad and completely...

「Clean room no smells or bugs very comfy bed and couch」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we’re in the area. It is not fancy at all but had what we had to have. Next time, I will bring Kleenex and paper towels but there was plenty of soap, towels, and toilet paper. Owners were very friendly and maintain a family-safe hotel. We loved walking along the river right behind our room.」
