「Although our room was clean only one light worked as the bed lamps were burnt out. The front door was hard to close and lock. The security lock was frozen and didn’t work. We also had a back door which we had to come in to open the door on the parking lot side. That door closed easily but was hard to lock and the security latch didn’t work either. Thankfully, my husband was with me do I felt secure. Otherwise, I would asked for a different room where doors closed properly and the security...

「So overpriced for what you get. The surface of everything in the room was *sticky." I don't think it's been cleaned in many months. When we got there, we were told the pool heater was broken. My 4-year old was so bummed, as that was one thing he was mainly looking forward to. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told the manager would get...
