"If you are looking to party at a nice clean hotel this is not the place. Yes, the place is clean, renovated and front gate access which was a huge plus for us. Only down fall was the bar area. They acted like laughing and joking at a bar was interupting the other guests. We were even asked to bring it down a notch. Also, lastly had a facetime call and was told ths was not permitted on speaker phone. I cannot make this up and like I said if you are wanting to have a party at the bar area this is not your place. Hope this helps."

"Nice decor in common areas. Quick food options convenient. Fitness classes nice touch. Pool crowded with kids and not enough chairs. Room shower drain backed up. Room cleaned and stocked well. "

"Warning – Be aware of extra fees and some service issues. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I experienced a frustrating problem with the dry cleaning service. I was assured it would be picked up and processed, but it was never sent out, which left me short on clothes for the rest of my trip. I ended up having to buy additional clothing. It would have been better if the staff member who promised to handle it had taken responsibility. I informed the hotel that I would not be paying the service fee due to the delay. The gym has a strong mold smell, and I’m quite certain there’s a mold issue there. On the positive side, the room was clean, functional, and perfectly adequate for one person, though quite small. The housekeeping staff were lovely, but they knocked very aggressively on the door (like police) even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed. The outdoor pool area is usually crowded, but the hotel does have a beach section off Ocean Drive. I didn’t get to use it, but I might if I return. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 7.5/10. "

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."

"Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here. "

"I recently stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay and had a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again."
