「Entrance area is goid and welcoming. Room was of good standard. Staff helped when we asked. 」

「This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located.」

「They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! 」

「Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. 」

「I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.」
