「We were upgraded to a very nice suite and did that make a difference for the whole trip. Quiet, clean rooms, comfortable, showers with abundant hot water, personable staff at all times, and there was a very nice elegance about the hotel. 「Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. 「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. 「The hotel was conveniently located and so so eclectic and charming. The decor was super unique, the room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the bathroom was kind of rundown, the toilet was running and the bathtub was kind of stained (not really DIRTY but like permanently stained). There was a very simple hot breakfast, adequate but not fancy. Overall very pleased.」
