"We had a great stay. Such a beautiful location and the hotel was tastefully refurbished since our last visit. The room was superficially clean and I may be picky but it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and toilet. The staff, particularly the restaurant staff, were pleasant and helpful. ..."

"Valet and porter met us as we pulled up and were very helpful. Property is gorgeous and right on Loch Lomond. Room was very nice. The best of our vacation. I had facecloths for the first time in Scotland which sounds silly but I wash my face every night and had to use a towel everywhere else."
