「Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115. Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché. Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains...

「We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. 「We arrived rather late (after 9.00pm), was a bit tricky to find in the dark, but we managed it! Greeted by Hilde - lovely lady. Took us to our rooms, which were lovely & comfortable & clean. Allowed full use of the lounge & kitchen. There were 3 of us (adults). Very spacious. Shower lovely. Breakfast choice amazing. We stayed here having visited Bruges. Would definitely return & recommend. 」
