"Prompt airport shuttle both for drop off and pickup with a simple call. Front desk - checked in with Rahman, he was efficient, friendly, and juggling 2 customers and the phone all at the same time. Rahman totally understands customer service, friendly, smile and explained the shuttle for us. They are in the middle of some repairs and upgrades, good to see management doing maintenance to keep hotel in good condition. Shuttle van is well worn, but does its job well. Thank you for taking care of us. I will be back again for each trip out of Pasco!"

"We came for medical reasons and needed a good night sleep prior to surgery. The bed in room 321 was sooooo noisy. It is like it doesn't fit on the base. Every little movement made the bed groan and squeek. I called and asked for another room for night # 2. Hopeful that we can move easily today before medical appointment. Toilet seat broke and very dirty under hardware. No body soap in shower dispenser. "

"This place I’ve stayed here many times, and the room is always clean and the amenities are clean and the extra towels are great. However, the customer service from every staff member including the owner they treat me like I am a family member. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home at a motel. Thank you all for everything you have done for me and how you have treated me with such kindness and respect. Total professionalism comes from everyone and Kelly the night I got there which was at midnight something went wrong with my credit card and they made sure I had a place and overlooked it so I could fix the issue the next morning. Amazing most would turn you away not these amazing people.. thank you all for everything. "
