「The room was good, however the house keeper doesnt hoover the room. She cleans but never hoovers. I was also accused of taking 2 energy drinks from the mini bar. I dobt drink energy drinks and i never even opened the mini bar the whole duration of my stay. Otherthan that, it was an okay stay. 」

「First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower...

「The hotel has a bar club which is very noisy until midnight. I cannot believe it happens that a 5stars hotel don’t give a quiet circumstance so that their client is able to sleep. When I ask for helps, the staff say they can do nothing. It is absolutely the worst and terrible I have ever seen in all my hotel experience. Even worse than any motel.」
