Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「I picked this hotel for my business trip, and I have to say, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever I needed something. We were put up on the 6th floor—when you step out of your room, instead of a regular indoor hallway, you’re actually outdoor.
