A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there.
